VAADA is a public charitable trust founded by Mr. Manav Gupta, Ms. Vrinda Kapoor and Dr. Ankur Chandra. Our work is rooted in a simple belief: every child deserves an equal opportunity to learn, grow and succeed.
In partnership with SAARTHI, we established a specialised Fit Facility for girl children from vulnerable backgrounds. Here, care extends beyond shelter to include quality education, healthcare, emotional well-being and opportunities for personal growth.
Funded entirely through Mr. Gupta’s personal resources, the facility reflects a sustained commitment to the children entrusted to its care. We focus on each girl’s individual needs, helping her overcome learning gaps, discover her strengths and develop confidence for her future.

A lawyer with over 18 years of experience and postgraduate qualifications from UCL and Cambridge, Mr. Manav Gupta oversees the Fit Facility’s operations, advancing VAADA’s mission.
